Car broke down, due to road hazard. New Country quickly diagnosed the issue, shared their findings and fixed it with no issues.
I needed an immediate repair; within 20 mins they handed me keys to a loaner and I was in my way. About 3 hours later the repair was done but, I was already at the Big E….I picked “Hazel” up the next morning and received my repair video the next day. Quick and painless. Thanks guys!!!

I was in CT on a buisness trip, being hunderds of miles from home, my Mini Cooper S Paceman's windows would not roll up, along with no directionals and had tons of lights on dashboard. They took my Mini in and fixed the problem imitedly the next day. They were kind courteous and fast. Highly recommend there ability and knowledge. Would almost drive too CT for service in the future.

I Bought a 16 hyundai sonita sport with low miles which i really like. The sales guy mark was very patient and outgoing with everything. Everyone there was awesome and it was nice to browse and not be pressured into a car i didnt want. Service team was very responsive and professional. Typically have utilized a local mechanic for maintenance and repairs but this time my local guy wasn’t actually getting at the root cause. Made an appointment at this dealership, from start to finish the process was smooth. Both Ryan and Austin were personable and set expectations accordingly. Three days later, have not experienced any reoccurring issues. Will be back for regular maintenance.

New Country's tech quickly ignored my suggestion that the unwanted noise on acceleration was coming from the rear. Good thing, too, as its source was the aftermarket cold air intake housing rubbing the strut brace when the engine flexed the motor mounts. Great job!

I just had to have the battery replaced in my 2009 Mini. Ryan the service advisor was very courteous and helpful. He also was able to offer great advice on care of the battery using a Battery Tender. We all know Mini’s are even harder to work on than other vehicles, due to their compact size. All the maintenance work done by their mechanics, is top notch. I know I can trust them to do the job right the first time, and I never feel taken advantage of.
Scheduled for routine maintenance. Checked in, was given 2 hour estimate for service. Waited in lounge area and service was completed within the timeframe given. Was also provided with a video update of the service performed. Another excellent experience at New Country Mini.

Very friendly staff. Had to purchase a new battery after 18 months ago having a new one installed and only driven 300 miles in that time period since. It’s not easy to have to tell a customer that your battery has a draw on it that may be your fault without sounding like an accusation. I don’t agree that it was anything in my control(used a trickle charger) but we did at least agree that system is seeing one. End of the day Ryan was a pleasure to work with.
